Rules of Conduct & Liability Waiver

IN CONSIDERATION OF the risk of injury that exists while participating in a party and orgy (hereinafter, the “party”); and

IN CONSIDERATION OF my desire to attend said Party and participate in the same;

By entering these premises, I HEREBY, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and representatives, having reached the age of majority in the State of Illinois, knowingly and voluntarily, agree to the following terms permanently and irrevocably, without limitation and in perpetuity:

1. I agree to defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless anyone related to the execution, hosting, and provisioning of this party, there assigned associates, partners, and designees.

From any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees related to my attendance at, or the events of this party.

2. I understand that the use of photography, videography, audio recording, and other technologies is allowed in this area, and that by entering, I am at risk of being captured, intentionally or unintentionally, and waive any expectation of privacy, with the exception of the bathroom, or other designated area that may exist.

3. I agree that if I provide consent for recording, it is done so without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future.

4. I agree that if I produce a recording of any kind, capturing a sex act or otherwise, that I will do at my own peril and only with the full consent of all those captured, and that I may be subject to record keeping requirements in accordance with 18 U.S.C. 2257, and that it is my sole responsibility to keep those records. I further agree that if I record someone, I and I alone shall be responsible for any and all damages, civil or criminal under law.

5. I hereby release those named above, there licensees, employees, partners, and designees from all liability for libel, invasion of privacy, defamation or slander of character, and any and all other causes of action in relation to the attendance at, or participation in the party.

6. I understand that there is inherent risks to all forms of sexual activity. I have been made aware of the steps the party has taken to limit these risks and accept all liability related to activity, including the possibilities of infection with sexually transmitted infections, including the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and understands that I am advised to practice safe sex.

7. I waive all rights to health privacy related to the documentation of instances of communicable and reportable diseases of which I am infected with, or may become infected with, for the purposes of the surveillance, investigation, and notification of contacts or potential contacts from the event.

8. I agree to release all records pertaining to the documentation of instances of communicable and reportable diseases of which I am infected with, or become infected with, immediately, and on demand to the Designated Health Official for the purposes of surveillance, investigation, and notification of contacts or potential contacts from the event.

9. I agree to notify, in writing, the Designated Health Official of any communicable or reportable diseases which I contract, receive a positive or presumptive positive test for after the events of the party, or are notified that I was exposed to before the commencement of the event, or during the event. 

10. I agree to share immediately, and on demand with the Designated Health Official a full list of sexual partners and social contacts, along with the activities undertaken, to the best of their knowledge which occured at Illumiknotty

11. I understand English. I acknowledge reading the entire Agreement in full and attentively prior to signing, and that I am perfectly familiar with its contents and am legally able to enter this agreement in the jurisdiction so executed.
